If you follow me on Instagram, then you've probably seen that I've been on a few adventures lately! As I've mentioned before, I'm having major wanderlust and I can't help but go explore new places at least a couple times a week! So far in 2015 I've gone to San Diego, a trail in the hills by my house, Wrightwood (in the San Bernardino mountains), and just hiked through Black Star Canyon in the Saddleback Mountains this past Sunday! It was a total of 7.26 miles and I was pretty proud of myself because I admittedly haven't worked out in quite a while... I have a couple more "adventures" planned for this week, and I'm so excited!! Anyways, I thought I would show you some possible outfits that you could wear on different types of adventures because it seems that many other people are having the same idea as me--to fill the beginning of 2015 off with adventure!
HIKING IN THE HILLS

It's probably obvious that my favorite color is pink, so I love this athletic yet girly ensemble! When hiking the other day, I wore something similar to this, but instead wore a medium-sized crossbody bag, which was a bad decision (I unfortunately don't have any good backpacks, so it was my only choice!). I was carrying my camera, keys, water, and some other random stuff in my bag, so it was pretty heavy to just be on one shoulder the whole two and a half hours while climbing uphill. So if you go hiking, make sure you have a backpack!! I also suggest bringing one of these larger reusable bottles because I drank the WHOLE thing. And don't forget the sunglasses!

If you're going to a place where there's a beach or lake, then this outfit is for you! I chose a bathing suit that is super cute and simple, and is also functional! When being tackled by the waves or cannonballing from a cliff into the water, you don't want your suit coming off! This bikini has pretty good coverage, but it's still cool and a little sexy. Throw on an oversized t-shirt dress, some glitter sandals, and a boho tote to complete the look. Oh and once again, don't forget the sunglasses!!
