For clothes, choose a black dress, with some lace.  You don't want to be too revealing; be mysterious!  Pair the dress with silver jewelry and some dull but sexy shoes, like these gray pumps.

For your makeup, wear a deep "blood" red on your lips, and stay natural everywhere else on your face.  You don't want to look overdone.  For your nails, instead of going vampy, try a mauve-y gray.  It looks great with dark lips.  The Vera Wang Princess Perfume is one of my personal favorite perfumes.  To feel more edgy, try Vera Wang Rock Princess.  It's the perfect touch to this outfit.
