Winter Outfits

Many people do not know what to wear when the weather is really cold, or when it is raining.  But don’t fret!  Your winter outfit dilemmas will be gone soon.  Here are four occasional outfits for winter time.

The first outfit is for school.  Pair a thick knit sweater with fall and winter’s new skinny jean–the skinny cargo pant.  For the accessories, don’t to go overboard since it’s school.  Wear a layered chain necklace and cuff bracelet, along with jeweled ballet flats.
For a date night, you want to look flirtatious, but not show too much skin.  Wear a tiered ruffle tank with a black bandage skirt and a motorcycle jacket.  To keep warm, wear knee high boots over black lace tights.  Accessorize with black feather earrings, a big jeweled ring, and silver bangles.  Jenn Curtis (Sr.) says she loves the date night outfit.  “I love how much is going on and especially the leather boots and jacket. Leather is always my favorite for night time.”
Now for the special occasion outfit–this is a light, angelic look.  Wear an off-white dress – pure white can easily look cheap – with elegant, but not overdone beading.  It gives the dress the right amount of glam.  Pair it with pearl bracelets, white feather earrings and nude, suede t-strap heels.
Lastly, the weekend/errands outfit.  Many people like me, run errands in comfortable sweatpants and a sweatshirt because they don’t want to put an effort into looking good for just running errands.  But it is still possible to look chic in sweatpants.  This is the put together errands look, which is still comfy and warm, but does not take much effort.  Instead of a sweatshirt, wear an open-front drapey knit sweater, with just a tank underneath.  In replacement of sweatpants wear black, knit jeggings.  They are still comfy, but look a lot more put together, especially with boots, and it still feels like you are wearing sweatpants.  Many people do not like to waste time putting makeup on just to go out to do errands.  You can hide the makeup-less face with silver aviator sunglasses.  To keep track of time, wear a white rhinestone watch.  These outfits are all winter-appropriate, that will keep you looking put together and chic.
